Alberta medical practice permits and Professional Corporations must be renewed each year by December 1. The annual Registration Information Form (RIF)/Professional Corporation Form E Statement of Particulars and payment of the annual fee are completed online.

Enrol in a College Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) Plan to have practice permit and/or Professional Corporation fees withdrawn automatically from your account. There are no administrative fees and the plans can prevent late payment fines.
